The room was spacious and clean, and surprisingly quiet even though mine faced the highway. The TV was big, modern, quick, and responsive. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. A beautiful stay!

The breakfast was the best part. The woman working there kept everything fresh and stocked and cleaned as she went. But the smell at the front entrance is awful, like dirty diapers, and nauseating. It goes away upstairs, but we’ve stayed here many times and that smell could keep my family from returning if it isn’t fixed. We also had a pullout couch, but there was no bedding in the room, so late at night we had to go downstairs and ask the front desk for it.

I went here for an event and was surprised by how nice and clean it was inside. It’s modern, and I really liked it. I’d never noticed the hotel before since it’s kind of hidden, but I won’t pass it up next time. The location is good too. An updated color on the outside would make it perfect.

The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and seemed to know the area well. Check-in was quick, and the location was easy to find and very convenient. I had a comfortable stay in Palmdale, and the breakfast and other perks were the best part. Glad I found this place.

The breakfast was fresh, had a good variety, and added a lot to the value of my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. It was also quiet and peaceful, which gave the place a home-away-from-home feel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming, going out of their way to make things right. This Hampton Inn in Palmdale exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it and will definitely be back.
