Our family has owned here for 40 years, and this year’s visit was one of our best. The front desk management were friendly, professional, and wonderfully helpful. Maintenance responded in under 24 hours, even on a holiday. Updates to the units are continuing and have been done very well. The gym has newer, more useful equipment now too. We’re looking forward to next year. Thank you, LHBR!

It’s a good option for families on a budget. The points required were very low for our two-bedroom unit booked with RCI points, and the online cash price was relatively low too. The beach is gorgeous, with soft white sand and no rocks, and the surf was high. There are plenty of activities nearby. The hotel was built in 1982, and its age shows in a lot of places. Upgrades are underway, but there’s still a long way to go.

Being right on the sand was the best part. We could step out and reach the ocean in seconds, and the balcony had a great water view. Sitting outside at night and listening to the waves was lovely. Having a full kitchen was handy too, since we could make breakfast instead of going out each morning. The building feels a bit old, and the elevator was noisy and very slow. The indoor pool was okay, though crowded with kids. For what we paid, I wish the place looked more updated. It’s a good choice for families wanting to be close to the beach, but it isn’t the fanciest place around.

The location is great and the beach is beautiful, with plenty of beach chairs. The pool was closed during my stay, so I couldn’t see what it was like. Only one elevator was working, which wasn’t ideal. At busy times, the wait could be 30 minutes or longer, and sometimes there still wasn’t room to get on. The rooms need updating. The counters had been upgraded and the appliances were newer, but the cabinets were old, the paint was peeling, and the ceiling needed repairs and a fresh coat.

The balcony has amazing views, and the beach is just a short walk away. I slept like a baby, and my room is very clean. A lot of remodeling has been done, and the bathroom updates look really nice. It’s only my second day at Landmark, but I’m very pleased with the stay so far.
