No hot water, and the water heater is 20 years old. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black. There weren't even as many towels as mattresses in the whole place. We were on the third floor, and the building's elevator is permanently broken. Be ready to carry your luggage up six flights of narrow stairs with broken tiles. Vacas_ rental.
