Studios at Fontainebleau Terrace

They treat smokers unfairly. For what you pay, they could at least provide a designated smoking area. Instead, you have to cross a busy road or walk to the dumpster by the main road. There are so many restrictions, I’m surprised they let you breathe. My husband and I stayed in our vehicle with the windows up and the car running while smoking, thinking that would be the most respectful option for other people. They advertise condos, but it was just a basic hotel room with some decoration. They gave us one roll of toilet paper for our whole Friday-to-Sunday stay. The pool had white shreds floating in it, along with a dead lizard and a bunch of lettuce, which was odd. Don’t book with host John, unit #326. If I could give the place and management zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We only got one night here and I wish it had been longer. Room 217 has a balcony right over the beach, with incredible water and sunrise views. Breakfast on the balcony was so relaxing, and getting straight onto the beach was wonderful. The room had everything we needed, and my tall husband loved the shower. The pool looked really nice, but December was too cold for us to use it. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Panama City Beach. Highly recommend!

I booked room 218, facing the ocean, and the balcony view is amazing. The unit is spotless and well maintained, and it has two wonderful property managers. There’s a patio door and a side window in this unit, while the others only have one window. I love the sunlight. From the comfortable bed you can see the ocean, and near sunset light pours through the patio windows. You can see for miles along the beach at any time of day. The waves are just barely audible, which makes for a restful night. I highly suggest booking this one. All the photos are from the patio balcony.

I absolutely adore this little gem in PCB. The property feels safe and convenient, and the staff are amazing. Mrs. Gail in the office is an angel. I loved my time at the Fontainebleau Terrace. Highly recommend if you can find this listing on Airbnb or wherever you rent!
