Hilton Garden Inn Panama City Airport, FL

ORIGINAL at the front desk was outgoing, friendly, and attentive. He made conversation and helped with receipts, checkout, and suggestions for places to visit. He made me feel like a friend instead of just a guest. The HGI at Panama City is a must visit for its cleanliness, amenities, and great staff. Stephanie at the breakfast bar was so sweet too. Thanks for the amazing stay, team! 😃

A few things let us down. There was visible mold in the shower and bath corners, so that cost a star. The in-room coffee kit had an open condiment pack, and when we checked out the desk person didn’t ask how our stay was. To me, that usually suggests management doesn’t really care about feedback. The hotel is right next to Panama City Airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport - ECP. It’s a fairly new property with modern rooms and other conveniences. It’s handy if you have an early morning flight, has a nice little bar and dining area, and offers an airport shuttle. Parking is free while you’re staying there. They also let you leave your car while you’re away for $4/day when we visited, a big bargain compared with airport prices and limited spaces. Date of stay: 9/24/2025

The bar and restaurant were great, and we really liked having the shuttle. We stayed on 10/2/25 to be near the airport. The staff were excellent, and both the hotel and our modern room were very clean.

The little shop was handy, and I liked that it even had things for pets. We ordered from the restaurant and enjoyed the food. My room was clean except for a hair or two in the tub, and I’d stay here again. It’s about 20 minutes from the beach, though, and you may need to step outside for a signal or use the hotel WiFi. I had my fur baby with me, so I didn’t take pictures, but the place was nice and clean.
