I’m already looking forward to coming back. The front desk and sales team made this a great place for a business meeting. I reserved the space on short notice, just four days ahead, and they made the whole thing outstanding. Our evening meeting lasted four hours. The room was large, quiet, and nicely secluded, and when we finished at 8:30, it was easy to move into such a comfortable, well-prepared space. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. Thanks to the staff and sales team for the excellent service, and for the early “thank you for your service” to this veteran. Keep up the great work!

I walked in needing somewhere to stay because I was in a bad situation, and they got me a room right away at a great price. Deby gave me good suggestions for nearby bars and restaurants, and I ended up having a great time. Deby and the front desk team on both morning and night shifts are true gems. I’d definitely like to stay here again in the future, God willing🙏🏻. Thank you guys! One thing I’d highly recommend to the GM is bringing back the brochures, please!

Breakfast was made to order, and she handled my picky omelet requests quickly. The gym had enough regular and specialized equipment for a good workout, and I liked having the choice to pay for laundry by coin or card. At check-in, they recognized my Hilton Honors status, let me in a little early, upgraded my room, and answered all my questions about the laundry and gym. I hadn’t stayed at a Garden Inn in years after a terrible experience, but the friendly, smiley service here has won me over. I’d stay at this property again and again.

I travel to Panama City often for business, and this will be my go-to hotel from now on. Bernie Mendoza, the General Manager, and Randy Massey went above and beyond with my unusual schedule and reservation needs. They listened, assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, and followed through exactly as promised, and then some. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, just what I needed. I look forward to staying here again very soon.

Housekeeping was attentive, and the front desk staff were the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. Michael, the cook, was friendly, professional, and knew about my allergies. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This place is AWESOME! Stay here or be square.
