It was a nice enough stay, though nothing especially memorable. Our room was much too hot because the AC wasn't working. They eventually moved us to another room, but breakfast was missing quite a few options when we went down, probably because it was so busy. I wouldn't give it five stars, but it was still pleasant and hard to go wrong with.
10/10
The location near the Ontario Airport was especially handy, and having restaurants and stores close by made it easy to get around. This was another enjoyable stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga, and I'd happily return. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with plenty of room to unpack and relax. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything fresh. The lobby and shared areas also looked well cared for, with a modern, comfortable feel. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in and checkout were quick, and our questions and requests were handled promptly with a positive attitude. The hotel felt organized and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff's attention to detail made us feel valued, and I'd recommend staying here.

The mountain views were amazing, and the location was quiet and convenient, right across from Costco with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We enjoyed our two-night stay. Yvette at the front desk was such a friendly, lovely person. When our key card wouldn't unlock the door, she patiently helped us and even offered me a drink to make up for the inconvenience.
10/10
I liked having a ledge for my suitcases, and the walk-in closet gave me somewhere to put my things without having to step around them. Breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is near Ontario Mills mall and other places. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.
6/10
The room was run down, with cigarette burns and a hole in the nightstand, a wobbly chair, and holes in the shower. The service was okay, but it didn't feel worth what we paid, and I don't think I'll book this location again. We'd stayed at The Springhill Suites before, but this was our first time at this one. It seemed convenient, just off the freeway and near food and coffee. I was looking forward to a pleasant stay with my family, and we'd booked the Wellness Room. It was anything but that. The main problem was the smell of weed throughout the floor. These are non-smoking rooms, so I would have thought management might notice.
