It’s such a cozy, cute motel, and the room was spotless, smelled lovely, and was clearly very well maintained. The owners take real pride in the place. Check-in was quick, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. Being able to park right by the door saved us from carrying luggage back and forth, and there’s a BBQ available too. We were impressed by all the details. If we travel this route again, we’ll stay here without hesitation.

We had a three-bedroom room that was a bit tight, but fine for one night. It was clean and quiet enough even though the motel is on the main road. The owner was friendly and gave us useful information. There’s a good steakhouse next door, though it was busy and we waited 30 minutes for a table. Breakfast isn’t provided, but there are enough places in town to get it. Parking on site was plentiful and free. The motel met our expectations, we weren’t looking for the Ritz.

We stayed at the Blue Pine for four nights in June of ’25, and we’re already looking forward to coming back this June for the balloon rally. The anticipation is growing. The location, buildings, owners and amenities are all so good that I’d put the Blue Pine up against any motel in the US.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it’s close to Bryce Canyon, but what we loved most was how comfortable the room was. It was spacious, very clean and smelled nice, with comfortable beds, a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, extra soft towels and nice soap. The decor was lovely too, especially the stylish nightstands and fancy blinds. We had a really pleasant stay and will be back. Everything about the place was great.

The Blue Pine was so clean, and we found the beds and pillows really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s right next to Henries diner, where the strawberry shakes are great. I’d give the Blue Pine 10 stars if I could.
