Shan was absolutely awesome and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of service made our experience even better. The whole stay felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

I've been staying at 1st Place for over 3 years, and it makes me feel safe. The property and lobby are clean, the lobby is new, and the rooms have been renovated. There's church on Sundays, too. Monica is always there to help when you need it, and the front desk staff are awesome. Shan, Chalis, Mr.E (the owner), Chief, and security, everyone has been great. Definitely come to 1st Place for a good stay.

The room was nicer than I expected, and the atmosphere was great. 1st place has 24-hour security, which is amazing. The employees treat you like family, know what they're doing, and are quick to fix any problems. I didn't have any issues myself, but the customer service was above and beyond.

Chalis was so respectful and went out of her way to find shelter for my family. Cheif also helped out with everyone's kids. This is a family oriented place with top tier quality, and it feels like a community that's there to help people have somewhere comfortable to stay. It's my go-to when life gets hard.
