Early check-in was arranged by Daniela and the front desk team, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful girls' trip, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. The hotel was clean, the location made it easy to walk everywhere we had planned to go, and breakfast was delicious. Edward took care of us as our waiter, and he was exceptional. Denise, our housekeeper, did an excellent job too. Thank you, we'll definitely come back.

The location and the room's physical comforts were the strongest parts of my stay. The bathroom and shower were very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and after I pushed, staff did bring water and coffee. The hotel is close to the Strip and places like Cosmopolitan and Aria, while still feeling relatively calm and safe. But I left early for other five-star hotels in Las Vegas, where I found better service for a fraction of the price. At Waldorf Astoria prices and under this name, this was a disappointment. It felt like a standard four-star hotel using a luxury brand. I've stayed at Waldorf Astoria properties around the world, including Dubai, Jerusalem, NYC, Maldives, Chicago, Beverly Hills, Cancun, Amsterdam, Rome, and Bangkok, so I arrived with clear expectations. At check-in, nobody recognized my Diamond status or offered an upgrade. There was no welcome note, amenity, or other gesture in the room. Before I arrived, the hotel's text replies already felt curt, defensive, and focused on policies rather than guests. The texting service made things feel transactional and sometimes confrontational. The loyalty benefits and Waldorf touches were mostly missing. Breakfast wasn't included, and there was no welcome gift or snack. When I asked to have the minibar removed, they proposed a $50 fee. The daily credit was also poorly explained: the $50 reset at midnight, so the first day's credit would have expired just a few hours after check-in. I only learned that after asking directly. To the hotel's credit, they made a one-time exception, but guests shouldn't have to complain to understand and use a stated benefit fairly. Even breakfast for one cost more than $77 without alcohol or sides, so the $50 credit didn't leave me feeling looked after. There were several service and follow-through problems. Housekeeping entered on multiple days despite the Do Not Disturb indicator. The phone's message light blinked throughout the stay, despite repeated promises to fix it. Requests for extra water, towels, and daily cleaning were often acknowledged pleasantly but not reliably handled. The pattern was polite words up front and weak follow-through afterward. Checkout made things worse. The hotel had agreed not to charge the $50 minibar removal fee, but it appeared on my bill anyway, and I had to catch it after raising the issue multiple times. The extra $50 credit offered for the first day was also missing at checkout and corrected only after I pointed it out. Both oversights happened to benefit the hotel financially, which left a very uneasy impression. I did appreciate the comfortable room and the calm, convenient location. With clearer communication, recognition of loyalty, accurate billing, and reliable basic hospitality, this property could better match the rest of the brand. It isn't there yet.

The spa was a highlight for me, with its herbal steam room, sauna, and vitality pool, amenities that are rare for a central Strip property. I also liked the eighth-floor fitness center and the large heated pool deck, which felt private when it was quiet. This is a smoke-free hotel with no casino atmosphere, a calm retreat right on the busy Strip. I visited after the Grand Prix during low season, when there were fewer guests and rates were reasonable, so the value was strong. Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with Strip and city views, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful features like a valet closet for private laundry and ironing service, useful for business travelers. Staff were warm, attentive, and quick with needs such as luggage. Breakfast and lunch at Zen Kitchen were good; the pastries especially stood out as some of the best I've had recently, though prices are premium. I'd recommend it to travelers looking for upscale calm amid Vegas, especially off-peak.

Sarah at the front desk gave us a gracious welcome and explained the property's Goldilocks elevator system thoroughly. That set the tone for a flawless Valentine's weekend. We loved the Strip views, relaxing in our private pool cabana, and the delicious in-room dining and restaurant meals. Service was impeccable, and the hotel felt like a serene break from the Strip's hustle. I travel in the luxury world, and Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas exceeded every expectation. Thank you!!!

The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've found in Las Vegas: spacious, spotless, and so well equipped it felt like a high-end private training space. The hotel itself was calm and refined, a welcome break from the Strip's chaos while still being right in the middle of everything. Staff were professional, warm, and attentive without hovering; every interaction felt thoughtful and polished. Great fitness facilities, great people, and a really elevated stay.
