Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport

Sharon made a wonderful first impression, and later went out of her way to arrange the shuttle to collect us right at the rental car return. We’d checked in, unloaded our bags, grabbed food, and returned the car, so that was an unexpectedly kind gesture. The team’s service was impressive throughout, especially for such a busy city. We’re used to staying at Marriott International properties, and the hospitality here really stood out. Our room was fresh, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, too. We’re grateful for Sharon and the rest of the Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport team. We’ll absolutely be back.

Genesis at reception was kind and helpful, gave me good advice, and sorted out my shuttles. Cesar got me there promptly, drove excellently, and was personable along the way. Breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold choices, with plenty of variety. The area was clean, and the employees kept everything in good order. I especially recommend the scones, mmmm. What makes the Vegas Airport Hampton Inn stand out is how much pride the employees take in looking after guests. It feels personal and caring, beyond just being professional.

Conveniently close to the airport and rental car returns, with a shuttle available too. The room was ready early, which worked out great for us. It was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I liked having plenty of outlets by the bed, including ones for USB A. Staff were friendly, and there’s complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and ice water around the clock. Breakfast is included as well.

Breakfast is average, though free, and parking is free too. The rooms smell strongly of whatever cleaning spray they use, and the pillows have a heavy chemical smell. Planes can be really loud depending on which side your room faces, and you can hear the neighbors easily, so the walls seem thin. It’s not a great area for walking outside.
