This place had all the practical things I needed, from a convenience store and laundry service to clear directions for valet. It was right in the heart of the Strip, easy to get around on foot, and the linens were clean and fresh every day. The people working there were great, and I loved the location and service.

The hotel was spotless, and getting extra towels, coffee, creamer, and sugar was easy. I texted the request and everything arrived within five minutes. I was impressed by the messages before arrival and during the stay, too. Duane, Amaya, Janice, Jamie, and Annie, thanks for sending daily updates. It was nice to see so many young staff members working hard. Keep it up! This hotel is now one of my top Vegas choices.

I really liked how much room we had, and I'd stay here again. Our suite had a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, all a good size, so we could cook or head out to the Strip, just minutes away. We were in Vegas for the Leeds v Hull KR game at the Allegiant stadium. There are plenty of facilities, including a rooftop pool, business centre, and gymnasium, though the pool was closed for renovation during our stay. There's no bar, restaurant, or casino, but casinos aren't hard to find around here.

We had a very clean, well-appointed room over the long weekend, a little dated but fine. Early check-in was possible, and when I asked for anything, it arrived within 15 minutes. The staff also texted during our stay to ask if we needed anything. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were closed for construction in February, but they offered access to the indoor pool at the sister property, the Elara. We didn't use it. The hotel is easy to get to the Strip from. There's no casino, restaurant, or bar, though a small market is on site and there are plenty of other options nearby. The ABC store has lower liquor prices than the hotel market. We arranged an Instacart delivery our first night, and the fully equipped kitchen would be useful for larger groups or anyone trying to save on snacks and food. We'd consider staying here or at the Elara again.

My first visit to Hilton Polo towers went beyond what I expected. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well stocked, with a large bathroom, bedroom, and attached balcony. The staff did everything they could to make the stay worthwhile. It's close to everything and good value. Being a smoke-free hotel without a casino made a real difference, with no noise or smoke-filled areas. I'll definitely be back!
