The laundry problem at the end of the stay is what made this experience unacceptable. Both dryers were useless. One full cycle left everything soaking wet, and the second dryer did exactly the same. We had to pack the wet clothes and find somewhere else to rewash and dry them the next day, which delayed our departure and disrupted our plans. I told the front desk and asked for compensation, at least the $10.50 laundry charge back. They agreed to put $10 worth of Hilton points in my account. I expected something extra for the inconvenience, perhaps 5,000 points as a goodwill gesture, as other Hiltons might offer. Instead, they deposited just 1,000 points. Since Hilton points are generally worth about half a cent each, that is around $5, less than half the laundry cost. I've stayed at many Hilton properties around the country and haven't seen one handle a problem so poorly or be so stingy. There was also a breakfast issue: they used the same serving spoons for sausage, eggs, and potatoes. My family members who don't eat meat couldn't have the eggs or potatoes because of the cross-contamination. Other Hiltons I've stayed at use separate utensils, and I consider that a basic standard. I was willing to overlook it, though. The hotel was otherwise clean, modern, and comfortable, and most of the stay seemed fine. But the response to the laundry issue fell far short of what I expect from Hilton. I won't stay at this location again, and would suggest looking at other Hilton or Hyatt options in Las Vegas that value their guests more.

Meh, decent enough. I was here for work and had no interest in going to the Strip, though it's nearby. The place is clean and the service was okay, I guess. I still don't get why they took a perfectly working Peloton bike out of the fitness center. It might be fine for a family visiting Las Vegas, but it didn't leave much of an impression on me.

We've stayed at Home2Suites several times, but this visit was awful. The room smelled musty and was only partly clean. There was one roll of toilet paper, empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles, a ceiling light hanging down, and no pillows or blanket for the pull-out couch. We checked in Friday and called Sunday because housekeeping is supposed to come every other day. They said someone would come that day, but by evening there was still no service. Someone did drop off a roll of toilet paper and shampoo, but left everything on the kitchen counter. When I complained, the front desk woman was rude and said she couldn't do anything because she was alone and nobody else was working up front. Such inconsiderate service. I'll never stay here again.

This suite hotel is in a prime location, and the rooms are reasonably spacious with a good view. We booked nonsmoking rooms because we were traveling with family. The extra couch, though, was torn and had cigarette burn marks. We were surprised to find that parking is paid.

For a quieter break from the usual Las Vegas scene, this place was a great fit, and you can walk to a game. We used Hilton Rewards for our first stay here and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious with a comfortable layout and a little kitchen with a mini fridge. It worked well for us as a couple and would suit a family too. The temperature was just right, the water was hot, and everything was clean. The bed was only okay, but we slept fine. Breakfast was a highlight, and free too. Nuko, the chef, did all the cooking and made our mornings. The coffee, waffles, eggs, sausage, and orange juice were fresh and tasty. Staff were kind, professional, and on top of things. Tanesha checked us in quickly and made us feel welcome, and Stephanie brought up a warm blanket right away when I asked. New favorite Hilton stay!
