True 1BR Balcony Suite with Strip View at MGM Signature

We got clean rooms on arrival, and the Strip was a 15-20min walk away. Customer service replied quickly, but the way they handled the problems was frustrating. We booked a 3 night stay in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Penthouse Room and were assigned rooms 38601 and 38603 in tower 1. In 38603, the sink stopped draining on the second night and smelled awful. It was still happening in the morning, so I reported it to the front desk. A couple of hours later, we returned to find black sludge filling the sink after they had supposedly fixed it. The smell was horrible. StripView Suites customer service said there was nothing they could do and we'd have to stay there. We asked for a full refund because it was unsanitary and uninhabitable, but they refunded just one night's cost without first checking if we agreed. In 38601, my family had trouble flushing the toilet and had no hot water. We emailed customer service about those issues too, and they offered no compensation.

Be careful, there are people here who work on guests. The place looks normal but provides no service. My TV was broken for two days. There was nobody to talk to, nobody came to help, and they didn't seem to care. Don't book here. Even if it says there's no resort fee, it isn't worth it.

This company is awful. They're not MGM, they just rent out rooms in an MGM facility. Mold was all around the hot tub jets, and I didn't see it until I was already in the tub and switched them on. Customer service was terrible and did nothing to resolve it. Avoid this place and book through MGM to use their rooms if you plan to stay here.

I was there from May 18-May 22. At check-in they asked me to report anything wrong with the room, which I did. I ended up fixing the issue myself because they wouldn't send instructions on how to do it. When I checked out on May 22, I took photos of the room both at check-in and checkout. Two days after leaving, I got an upsetting message saying I owed $245 for a chair they claimed I broke, supposedly found during inspection and cleaning on May 21. I was still there until May 22. They're blaming me for paperwork filled out with the wrong date, but that doesn't make the claim true. The photo they sent could be from any of their identical rooms. It shows a chair with a broken leg, and I know it wasn't from my room. I'm sending the documents they gave me and our conversation to my lawyer. Don't rent from these people. They aren't nice and seem to care only about money, pinning broken items on people who didn't party, smoke, or even gamble. They should be ashamed.
