I had to move through three rooms, and none felt like a clean or safe place to stay. The first had hidden bed bugs and serious damage. Room 217/201 was very dirty, with debris, black dots and heavy signs of bed bugs under the mattress, plus random toenails and other debris. Room 207 was the last one I was moved to, but it still had lots of holes and other missed issues. I reported everything. The photos provided are from all three rooms combined. This doesn’t seem kid-friendly, and there are serious health and cleanliness concerns that need investigation, including possible mold. Luckily, the last said I won't be charged for any of the findings.

Since the new management took over, this place has been horrible. The AC only works sometimes, the sink takes ages to drain, and the toilet barely drains at all. Only two lights worked, one in the bathroom and a single light bulb elsewhere. The TVs don’t work, the bed frame has odd colors and stains, and there’s black mold above the shower. Don’t go here.

Don’t stay here. The second-floor ceiling is falling into the first floor, and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. There wasn’t a smoke detector in our room.

We had a really good stay and enjoyed the place. For a weekly stay, it was the best price we could find, and the room was much larger than others in the same price range. The game room was the highlight, with a pool table and music system that made our weekends super fun. Highly recommend!

If you’re not sure about staying, pay by the day. They don’t give refunds, even when you complain that there are no towels or pillowcases, no smoke detector, half the plugs don’t work so you have to use power bars, or the roof looks like it’s falling through. It was so dirty, too. They even broke the ADA act and charged me for a service animal until I could travel 40 minutes to my flooded house to get the paperwork. The saddest part is they didn’t apologize until I said it was bullshit. I couldn’t even get an apology. I’m a blue-collar wife and spend half my life in hotels.
