Our condo was in great shape, with lots of updates, and the property was well maintained. Support staff were very friendly. The location in Park City, Utah gives you quick access to the slopes, which made getting out to ski easy.

We had a perfect trip. It’s a great place to stay, just a short walk from the mountain, and the hot tub is across the street.

The location is excellent, and our lofted studio had plenty of space for four. We stayed in Bldg 1500/Unit 34, which was comfortable and well appointed. It could use some updating and a deep clean, but for the price it was good. Since each condo is individually owned, the units vary a lot.

The pool, hot tub, and cabana are among the best condo amenities in all of Park City, and access to the municipal golf course is a huge bonus. I love these condos. Just keep your music down while sunbathing at the pool, or Karen, Caryn, and Karrin will make you feel their wrath.

In summer and fall, you can walk to Old Town main street and the farmer’s market is right across the street. The patio also gives you a spot to watch golfers. In winter, cross the street to reach Park City’s 1st time ski lift, and there’s a bus stop there too. I stayed at 3 Three Kings Condo Building 1, an ideal place to stay.
