Hampton Inn Parker

I always stay here when I’m in town for work, and I’d recommend it to others. The hotel and staff are nice and clean, and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile for guests. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, plus lots of other places to eat or order delivery from. A 100% great place to rest your head at night.

Adriana is the best, period. She got me a much better walk-in rate and pushed bookonline.com to refund me after they tried not to. They were trying to charge $333 for one night. Don’t use the bookonline.com website, they charge way too much and tried to hold on to my money. Adriana made sure I got a better price and fought to get the refund.

I’d stayed here a few months ago without any problems, but tonight was completely different. My company books rooms through CLC, and after I called CLC and booked, I went to check in. They told me I couldn’t have a room because I hadn’t made the reservation in the morning. If I’d known I was staying here tonight, I would have booked in the morning. If you’re with CLC and unexpectedly need a room, skip this place. Tyler was working, but seemed more interested in his dominoes order and doing his own thing than trying to find the CLC portal so he could check me in.

I stay here a few times a month, and usually the staff are great. After a very long drive, I stopped in as usual, but I’ve never been treated so badly at a hotel. I stay at hotels all over the country, so that’s saying something. I hadn’t seen this particular gentleman during the past few years of coming here, and I hope I never see him again.
