Pine Tree Inn

We picked Pine Tree Inn for a tubing trip down the Buffalo River, and it turned out better than we expected. For an older motel, it’s charming and in excellent shape, with a very clean room and a mattress that was a bit firm for our taste. The owners clearly take pride in keeping the place nice. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, which made check-in and the whole stay pleasant. We’d definitely come back, especially for another outdoor adventure in the area.

The grounds were amazing, with flowers that really brought out their beauty, and the manager was great. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were really nice too. Mouse trail landing is close by, a beautiful park for hiking or swimming. It’s a good option if you’re on a budget, and I highly recommend this motel. We’ll definitely return when we’re in the area.

The host was kind and accommodating, and the price was excellent. This place was well worth getting off I-40 for. Everything was immaculately clean: the tub caulk was clear, there was no dust, and the walls, carpet, sink, mirror, and beds were all spotless.

Simple, spotless, and comfortable, with beds that made for a good night’s sleep. I especially liked the mirror with adjustable lighting for getting ready in the morning, an unexpected and very welcome touch. You can tell the owners put a lot of work and pride into the business. We were impressed with this roadside motel and would stay again without hesitation.
