Don’t let the outside fool you. My room was clean, the place was peaceful and quiet, and the staff were friendly and smiling. It was also inexpensive. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

My friend, who is homeless, had booked the hotel for a day so he could sleep properly and clean up. He invited me over, and at 10:56, with checkout at 11, the cleaning lady came to the door saying she needed to clean. I said we were leaving, but she rudely told us to get out. Guests should be treated like people, not spoken to like they’re two years old. It was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I’d give less than one star if I could.

I booked a room here through RIO and would definitely tell people not to stay. The office isn’t open 24 hours, and nobody is there to help after hours. They didn’t tell me that until I was locked out the second night, then stuck outside all night in a bad part of town. When I complained the next morning, they didn’t apologize or seem sorry. They said the person who used to handle 24-hour help no longer worked there, then made me another key that didn’t work. I complained to the corporate office and the booking website, but they said staff had told guests about the issue. That’s a blatant lie. Don’t stay here or book through RIO.

Why wasn’t my deposit returned when the room was in perfect condition? I hope they don’t claim I was smoking. I have asthma, so why would they use that excuse?
