Budget Inn of Paso Robles

For a low-cost night in Paso, this worked really well. My friend and I found check-in easy, the rooms clean and roomy for the price, and downtown Paso and Tin City close by. The area seemed safe from what I could tell. It punches above its weight for the cost.

The pool was a real treat on a 100 degree day, and I felt relaxed there. This is one of the cleaner places in town despite being the cheapest, and the price is great. There’s a vending machine and an ice machine, too. The landscaping and outside are clearly kept up well. Good for a few nights, a quick stop to sleep in Paso, a business trip, or a little staycation.

We were in a huge handicapped accessible room that was very accessible and definitely ADA compliant. The room was spotless, which is unusual for a budget motel, and the recently renovated look showed. The parking lot was clean, freshly landscaped, and very well lit. The bed and linens weren’t top quality, but were fine for one night, especially given how clean everything was. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the front desk is open 24/7. We were passing through from Napa to LA and wanted somewhere inexpensive. I’d recommend it.

I was too tired to keep driving and needed somewhere to sleep. The service was quick and helpful, even in the middle of the night at the last minute, and the property is well maintained and very clean. I’ve stayed at places in town for twice the price, but this was the best experience. When I visit Paso Robles again, I’ll stay here instead of the pricier places I’ve used before.
