The woman working overnight on 2/7 and 2/8 was super friendly and helpful. My room was reasonably clean, but the kitchen needed work: there was a burn on the counter and one drawer was missing its handle. It only had a fridge, microwave, and two burners, and you have to request anything else. I asked for a coffee maker and got one without coffee, so I went downstairs to get some. There was no hairdryer either. Breakfast was oatmeal, little packaged blueberry and chocolate chip muffins, breakfast bars, coffee, and hot chocolate packets with coffee mate. No milk, juice, or fruit. The TV had no signal. I called the front desk and got no answer at first; they called me back after five minutes and said nobody could look at it until the next day. I eventually found the cable disconnected and fixed it myself. I didn’t notice the vending machines until day three because they’re tucked away without signs. The bathroom was okay, but there was only one small shampoo bottle and no conditioner, plus one bar of handsome and one bar of soap for the shower. The hallway reeked of Marijuana. I had to stay while my furnace was being replaced.

I travel a lot and rent a room now and then. This suite was immaculate, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and very accommodating, nice staff. The place is tucked into a nice area and was WAY quieter than the other motels nearby. I’ll definitely be back.

The third floor had a very strong animal urine odor as soon as I stepped off the elevator. When I went downstairs, the man who had just started work basically said I was upset for no reason. It’s been four days and I still haven’t heard back from the District Manager, who was supposed to call. Years ago we stayed here a lot, which makes this sad. This will absolutely be my last time. If you want a welfare hotel, here you go. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

The custodial staff were warm and friendly, but the place was nothing like the pictures and website suggested. It’s just a cheap bed, nothing more. The free breakfast was a nutrigrain bar, the mattress was stained, and there were burn marks on nearly every surface. Our TV was broken, and when we told the front desk, they said they’d make a note. This place was entirely different from what it was made out to be.

The staff were friendly, but the property was disgusting. We only spent one night on the third floor, thank goodness. I’ve never smelled a dead body, but whatever was coming from that floor seemed close. I had to cover my nose walking down the hall. The room was okay, though there were stains all over. I will NEVER stay there again.
