Alicia did an outstanding job coordinating my mother’s retirement party. From the decorations and planning to the feel of the event, she paid attention to the details and brought everything together beautifully. The staff were all friendly and conscientious. The breakfast lounge attendant was especially nice and meticulous about keeping things clean and tables pre-bussed. The fruit was good, but the executive level buffet on the 10th floor was nothing special: standard bagels and toast, powdered eggs, sausage patties that seemed microwaved with browning added, and cold cereal. There were no boiled eggs for protein. I doubt the brand’s executives would eat that, though it’s what loyal customers get. The young woman at the front desk was amazing and seemed to have an executive trajectory, even though she’s young. My ninth-floor room was fine, but it felt like a normal hotel room despite being called executive level, which just meant breakfast access. The sink mat had unraveling strings around the edge, odd since the bathroom looked fairly new. The AC cycled on and off but I don’t think the room got below 68°.

The toiletries seemed high quality, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our shuttle driver, Slavco, was kindhearted and made me feel safe as a passenger. I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton and would stay again if I’m traveling to this area.

So far, these have been my best experiences at the Hilton. I enjoy the service, and the room is always clean and feels refreshing. The staff have been helpful and friendly, make sure I have what I need, and are right there if anything comes up.
