Kaya at the night desk and Tonya at the bar were so warm and helpful. The room itself was clean, though the scent they use to freshen it was much too strong. In the morning, the desk staff didn't acknowledge us, and there wasn't even coffee in the lobby, let alone breakfast.
10/10
Ms. Tammy at the front desk was welcoming and always ready to help, and management was helpful too. I had a very pleasant stay and the hospitality was great. The only disappointment was leaving my $200 Addias jogging suit in Room 332. I hope they're able to find it. Aside from that, the service was excellent.
10/10
We had a long day of driving, so this was an ideal place to stop. It's right off the highway, easy to get in and out of, with free, convenient parking. The room was huge, big enough that we joked about playing catch in it. The Courtyard is clean, quiet, and modern despite looking a little dated in the pictures.
2/10
The one bright spot was the woman who kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. She was friendly, kind, and always smiling. The rooms were another story. Both smelled stale, and my daughter's room had a urine smell. The bathroom there wasn't clean and had no hot water. In our room, there was dust under the furniture and trash beneath the desk.
6/10
The service was good, but my stay left me disappointed. There was hair on the pillows and in the shower, a stain on the pull-out bed's fitted sheet, and we didn't have enough towels. There was no continental breakfast either.
