Woodspring Suites Jackson Pearl I-20

We’ve been here twice and both stays impressed us. The rooms feel clean, with laminate wood floors instead of hotel carpet and simple furnishings. You can see under the platform bed, which adds to that clean feeling, and the bathroom fixtures seem brand new. There's no breakfast available, but that works for us since we usually pick up Starbucks when we travel.

The location was great, and the front desk gentleman was helpful and really nice. I liked having the gym and laundry room, and the amenities were convenient. The room itself was spacious too. My only quibble was the bed: the mattress and pillows could be firmer and more comfortable.

We found everything neat and clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was VERY spacious, with a full-size fridge in the kitchen that worked extremely well for what we needed. The road on the way there could use better paving, though that's separate from the hotel. A very nice hotel.

The room was roomy, but it felt set up more for workers than a family. Tile floors, no carpet, and a very minimal setup that was functional. There were window shades instead of drapes, so light from the street and parking lot still got in and kept the room somewhat lit. It was too bright and a little noisy for a good night's sleep, with thin walls. Also, the road to the hotel is horrible, so drive carefully.
