The staff made this stay feel special. Everyone I interacted with was warm, courteous, and welcoming, and their smiles added a lot. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pensacola Beach in December 2025, and it was easily one of my best Holiday Inn experiences in more than a decade of travel around the country. The setting was stunning, the rooms spotless and beautifully maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will definitely return. It combines comfort, hospitality, and an unbeatable beachfront location.

I stayed for 6 days and had a great time. The room was a standard hotel room with a balcony facing the beach, giving us an amazing view and easy beach access. Breakfast was delicious, with a few different things each day. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. The room got very hot at night, though, even when we tried to fix the air conditioning. Still, the food, nice room, and easy access to the beach made it a great experience.

The view was great, the room was well maintained, and I had so much fun there. The November sunset was beautiful, though the pool was too cold to use. Breakfast was especially disappointing: they charged $20 for old eggs. I also didn’t like that guests from the hotel next door could use this pool, since they kept being disrespectful. The game room smelled bad and had mold, and the shooting games were broken but cost $5 each. Don’t go in there. Aside from the food, the stay was so great. 10/10!

We loved the quiet, clean beach, with plenty of open space by the hotel and lots of seashells to collect. It was easy to find a spot to sit and enjoy the view. The location is unbeatable, right on the Gulf, with plenty of free parking. Every room has a water-facing balcony, so we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and relaxing evenings. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent, though we could have used a few more drawers. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options, gluten-free choices, and a nice variety each day. Restaurants and attractions are a short drive away. We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pensacola Beach.

We’ve just finished our second stay here, and again, there wasn’t a single negative thing to report. The property is immaculate, from the lobby to the rooms, and the staff are helpful and very friendly. The lobby always has great freshly ground coffee, and the complimentary breakfast is simple, fresh, and just right. Pensacola Beach is an ideal spot here, nicely secluded but still a brisk beach walk from the pier, restaurants, and attractions.
