Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a huge letdown, very flat and badly in need of replacement. The shower pressure was good, and the bathroom had plenty of supplies. Check-in went smoothly, with polite, friendly, helpful people, and the room rate was OK.

I had a meeting in town and needed to shower that morning, but there was no hot water. I called the desk, and they already knew about it but had no estimate for when it would be back. Not a great way to head to an important meeting. They offered no solution or refund.

The hotel hasn’t had one of the Hilton family’s newer remodels, but it’s not rundown. The staff were amazing and friendly. Every employee I passed asked how my day was going, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The lobby looked nice, and Deidre at reception and Michael on the shuttle were really nice. Michael took me to Cordova Mall for a meal, and Deidre apologized when I had to wait 15 minutes on hold to ask for a pickup. She was so busy and had no help. I’d give this a zero if I could. I was there only because all the flights out of Pensacola Airport were canceled on December 7th, 2025. The Delta agent suggested calling Hilton because they usually offer a distress rate, but they wouldn’t give me one, and the man I spoke with was rude. The room was awful, outdated, and poorly kept. The furniture was old and scratched, the bed linen looked so wrinkled, the bathroom lighting was dim, and the shower had a shower mat, how gross. It didn’t seem clean. Exhausted after spending most of the day at the airport, I had to use Clorox wipes and Lysol on everything before I could use it. I didn’t sleep a wink, just waited for a bug to attack me. I want my $148 back. This place was disgusting, and Delta shouldn’t send anyone here. The rooms need a total overhaul. Do NOT STAY until they’re fully renovated.
