The rooms fit right in with the modern lobby decor. I also liked the included breakfast, especially the automatic pancake maker. Fresh pancakes without the mess is a great idea. The place is contemporary, affordable, and has a refreshing lobby. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station was a particular favorite.

We've stayed here a couple of times and keep coming back. The bright, open feel makes it seem like a pricier hotel, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. I travel a lot, so I know good staff can make or break a stay. I really value the lobby seating, tables, and conversation areas. I can work there instead of in the room, which also comes in handy when my wife is sleeping. Breakfast has plenty of seating, and the staff keep the area clean and stocked throughout breakfast hours. There are plenty of hotels in Pensacola, but you can't go wrong here.

The decor was really nice, and there was plenty of seating in the lobby. Breakfast was good, too. My family and I had a very pleasant stay. It has a small pool, a gym, laundry area, ice machines, a filtered water station, and more. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, which alone earns five stars from me.

For a one-night stop before flying out of Pensacola, the hotel worked OK. It's bright and clean, close to the airport, with lots of restaurants a short drive away. The rooms were noisy, though. We could hear people talking next door and walking around in the room above. The staff seemed disinterested, and unlike at other Hilton hotels we've stayed in, nobody offered water at check-in. I wouldn't be in a hurry to recommend it.
