I’d avoid this place. We were paying $140 a night for an extremely bare-bones stay, so we asked for refunds. The fourth-floor hallway smelled like cat pee mixed with popcorn, and the room reeked of bleach, as if they were masking something. The advertised “full kitchen” was just a stove and sink. No amenities: no dish soap, no bar soap by the bathroom sink, and no soap in the shower. Towel exchanges were only allowed at the front desk from 4-8 pm. I went down at 4:15 and was told I couldn’t swap mine because the laundry wasn’t done. The place felt understaffed, undercleaned, and poorly managed.

The room matched its description exactly and was clean and ready when I arrived. Check-in was quick, and I got the room I’d paid for within a minute. The location, cleanliness, and staff made the stay exceptional. Jenn at the front desk also made extending my stay easy and hassle-free. I’ll recommend it to friends and family, and I plan to return.

This place was disgusting, and the beds made me wonder if a prison mattress would be any worse. Their website says things that don’t match what they offer: no dishes or silverware, no pool, and no ice machines. I was so grossed out that Motel 6 seems like a grand hotel by comparison. Bring a weapon to feel safe here.

I’ve never had a bad stay at the Peoria sun city location. The staff are all kind and helpful, and May is my favorite. She’s caring and sweet, always smiling, and checks how I’m doing and whether my stay is comfortable and up to standard. She’s an amazing employee and deserves recognition for her hospitality. I’ll keep coming back whenever she’s there. Thanks for being such a good place to stay when I need one.

At ESA, Peoria, the staff go out of their way to look after your stay, and the rate is affordable. May at the front desk is always friendly and smiling, and she gets things sorted quickly. If she can’t handle something herself, she calls her manager even in the evening. The manager is excellent too, sweet and professional when needed. You can’t beat that kind of service at this price.
