This place is usually great, but the way our last visit was handled really disappointed me. We had confirmed a late checkout for 4 PM, yet the hotel cancelled our room without telling either me or my husband. They assumed we had checked out because we weren't in the room at that moment. We had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and the fact that our bags weren't visible didn't mean we'd left. We only learned about it when my husband returned to pick up some belongings before checkout and was refused entry. I didn't appreciate them making that assumption or failing to communicate with us.

From all my frequent, extensive travel, this kind of service is rare. Our cook, Breeze, and bartender, Shardae, at TownPlace Suites / Marriott were especially attentive and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. They showed a real commitment to taking care of guests, and I wanted corporate and future visitors to know how exceptional the staff are.

We were among the first guests at this hotel, which was only four days old. Everything was brand new, including the appliances in our room. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great too. A couple of small things could be better: stronger shower pressure and brighter room lighting. Those seem like normal early issues for a brand new hotel, and may get fixed later. Highly recommended.

The sound carries badly here. Doors slamming and footsteps in the hallway made it hard to sleep, so I'd strongly suggest bringing earplugs. Otherwise, everything was sparkling clean and modern during my one-night stay in this brand-new hotel. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and service was the highlight. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom with high-quality amenities.
