For business travel, the location works well and access is convenient. The meeting space is functional, with a layout suited to efficient meetings and small group sessions. A solid choice for professionals who care more about location and workspace than frills.

The staff were professional and the complimentary breakfast and self-parking covered what we expected. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with waffles as my favorite, and the dining area felt cozy and relaxing. The hotel is handy for road trippers and locals alike, with downtown Petaluma, Mystic Theatre, and restaurants within walking distance, while Petaluma Village Premium Outlet is only a few miles away. One tip: if you can choose, avoid a room facing the main road. Passing vehicles made it loud and annoying, especially around midnight.

Free, easy parking was a plus. They have EV charging onsite, but the price seemed high, so we charged somewhere else. Breakfast was complimentary and had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, and the usual items. It was convenient and better than a basic continental spread, though not memorable. The room was smaller than a typical hotel room but comfortable for two. The shower had great pressure and simple controls, and the bathroom looked beautiful, even if the showerhead seemed old. The bed made a surprising amount of noise whenever I rolled over. Our room faced the road, so traffic was noticeable while we were awake, but it didn’t keep me up. Light sleepers may want the other side of the hallway. The pillows were big and fluffy at first, then flat by morning, so I didn’t sleep especially well and needed a nap at home. The hotel itself has a lot of character. The long column-lined hallways seemed odd at first, until we learned it was a historic silk mill conversion. The renovation keeps the mill’s character, with antiques and the old water tower structure outside, while the place still feels new and well maintained. A charming, unusual stay, though I’d bring my own pillow if sleep matters to you.

The rooms felt modern, clean, and comfy, and those beds are so soft you may question your life choices, in a good way. Breakfast is free and solid, with good coffee and pastries that won’t judge you for going back three times. The front desk folks were super friendly and helpful, like they have a PhD in “How Can I Be Nice to People?” Easy, welcoming stay, and I’d come back. Maybe I’ll even tell my houseplants.
