Bobby and Sammy at the front desk made us feel welcome, whether checking us in quickly, sharing local tips, or greeting us after a long day. They were friendly and professional, and the whole team deserves credit for making the visit enjoyable. We’d gladly recommend the hotel to friends and family and will be back. The room was spotless and well kept, with a good range of hot breakfast items. Getting to I-95 was easy. From arrival, the warm welcome and smooth check-in set a great tone. One of our best hotel stays in a long time, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

I’ve stayed at Comfort Inns around the country, but this one lost me as a customer. I went in to ask about a room, and there was nobody at the desk. I waited ten minutes, then went in and out a few times hoping the door might ring a bell. Still nothing. I crossed over to Candlewood Suites and got a good room for a good one-night price, with no hassle. That’s not how to run a business. At least leave a sign if you’ve stepped away to use the bathroom. Don’t waste my time.

Samy is fantastic. She brings so much energy and really knows how to look after customers. If she worked in the DC area, I’d offer her a spot on my team. Comfort Inn is lucky to have her.

Good affordable hotel, with nice, clean rooms and a good breakfast. The young woman at the front desk gave excellent service.

It somehow seemed clean, but the hotel felt very worn and I only saw a small amount of staff. The room needed more lamps and lights. There was no lamp or electrical outlet at the desk, and the bathroom fixtures were chipped. I also saw signs of black mold. The breakfast equipment didn’t seem to be serviced well enough.
