For a short stay, it was manageable. The bed was comfortable, the lobby coffee and water service was decent, and customer service was okay. Still, the rooms are small, and the bathroom had a urine smell, which was disappointing. Parking is a major expense since there's no on-site option. It averages about $50 a night, though the hotel gives a 20% discount voucher for a specific lot about a block away. There's no coffee or microwave in the room either. You can get coffee in the lobby from a small Keurig, but you'll need to bring your own pods.

We had such a relaxing, gorgeous weekend, and couldn't be happier. The location was the biggest plus: shopping, restaurants, and city sightseeing were all convenient. It's a great Philly hotel spot, and we'd strongly recommend it. The room was really nice and clean, and the interior is beautiful. Tarrife at the front desk, spelling uncertain, was fantastic and made the visit special and memorable. We're grateful for his kindness and hospitality, and we'll definitely come back.

The bathroom was clean and updated, though its small size was a drawback. The room had what we needed, with a comfortable bed, plenty of outlets for charging devices, and a thoughtful layout. For a hotel in the city, the bathroom size wasn't a huge issue. Parking takes some planning since there's no garage, but they offer a discount at a local garage about a block away. The hotel is centrally located in Rittenhouse Square and a good value compared with nearby places. I'd stay again if I return to the Philadelphia area.

We checked in on the 14th and left on the 16th. The location was great, with everything we needed within walking distance, and the hotel was clean. Room 815 was quiet and cute, a good size for two without feeling cramped, and just right for a two-day visit. The view wasn't anything special. The lobby is cozy with free coffee, and while the elevators are small, they work well and get you upstairs quickly. The staff were easily the most respectful, courteous, and wonderful I've met in a while, and I travel around the country all year. They were perfect. Fantastic stay, highly recommend, five stars.

We've stayed here at least four times now, and have always had a wonderful visit. The location is excellent, and we like the view through the skylight. The place is very well run. On one visit my reservation said king bed, but the room had a queen. Jalen at the front desk went out of his way to sort it out and got me the room I'd requested without any fuss. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Center City.
