One of my worst stays. I booked two nights but left after the first because of problems, and the front desk said I wouldn’t be charged for the second night. I explained the issues there and got no help, and they charged me anyway. I emailed the hotel manager twice, but after 10 days I still hadn’t heard back, even though the emails were delivered. Still waiting.

Bed bugs! I caught one in a cup and showed it to the front desk, but they did nothing. The place was dirty and just plain nasty. Honestly, Roosevelt inn and days r ebrn.

Really bad hotel. We’d booked a non-smoking room but were put in a smoking one when we arrived. For breakfast they gave us pancakes with mold, and some items were expired.
