The apartment gave us a kitchen, a comfortable space of our own, and easy access to the city. Everything we wanted to see was within a mile on foot, and plenty of nearby spots served breakfast, lunch, or dinner for times we didn't want to cook. There was some neighborhood noise, but it was minimal if you're used to cities. Most of the stay is handled electronically or remotely, especially check-in. I liked that, since it let us set our own pace, though others might find it inconvenient. The room seemed a little worn. I'm not sure whether that was specific to our room, the time of year, or the previous guests.

On our first trip to Philadelphia, we booked this room and had a great stay. We had a small hiccup getting upstairs, but the woman at the Sosuite number was helpful, as was another guest who gave us the number. It was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom place with a kitchen area and laundry, and had nice city views. Downtown was walkable, and we picked up food from the neighborhood to eat back in the room. Highly recommend.

We found it good value, with everything working as expected. Our corner apartment had a great city view, and inside it was spacious, sensibly laid out, and equipped with what we needed for a comfortable stay.

This was the worst stay I've had. I couldn't wait to leave. The beds were very uncomfortable, but the worst part was the marijuana smell throughout the building and inside the rooms. It felt like we came to get high. That's unacceptable. I chose this place because it was listed as non-smoking on the American Express website, and I assumed it had been vetted. I wouldn't come back even for a free night.

The city view was especially lovely after dark. The one-bedroom apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described, so I had a great stay and would recommend it.
