The Westin Philadelphia

This was easily my favorite place to stay. The room was excellent, close to my client, and in a safe area. The staff were excellent and management was perfect. I didn't need to rent a car, and it was easy to get an Uber when I needed one. It's close to all the events and not far from the airport. I'll be back.

The restaurant had a small menu, but the food was good and the staff were friendly. Our building was secure, too, since you needed a room key to reach the room floors. We had three people in the room, though they only left two towels. I asked for more through the app, waited five hours without getting them, then went to the front desk to get them myself. The room was good, mostly. I'm a bather, so when you get low in the bathroom you notice things you might not otherwise. But that's the case at most hotels.

Breakfast was excellent, and the valet service was smooth and stress-free. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and genuinely hospitable. On our first visit to Philadelphia, the Westin team also made our daughter's celebration feel special. We had booked the trip for her tenth birthday, and they surprised us with a thoughtful gift basket in the room. As Platinum/Diamond members, we asked about an upgrade and the team graciously accommodated us. Our stay at The Westin Philadelphia was outstanding, memorable for the whole family, and we'll absolutely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Philly.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms were clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The lobby bar and restaurant were great, too, and the staff were wonderful. My one complaint is that I paid for valet parking, but my car stayed in front of the hotel the entire three nights and was never moved into the garage.
