Loft 640

Since the new management team took over just before I moved in, things have gone really well. They respond quickly, and my maintenance issue was fixed by the time I got home. Louise was patient, friendly, and professional. We had a minor mix-up about move-in timing and the deposit, but she cleared it up and helped make the move smooth. The rest of the team is professional and friendly too, and the concierges always greet residents. I hope they keep it up.

My girlfriend rents here, and every time I visit I wish my own building were this nice. The place is spotless, the look is great, and the front desk staff are always polite and respectful. They also put on fun events, and the amenities are really nice.

I've been living here for two and a half years and still love it. The location is great, and the apartments are good value for the price. Management is always around and ready to help, and the front desk staff are so friendly they know you by name.

I picked Lofts 640 for its tall ceilings, big windows, and views. The amenities are good enough that I didn't need to pay for a gym membership, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go. What keeps me here is the current management and staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly, the building is well maintained, and the atmosphere is happy. I'd recommend Lofts 640 to anyone looking for an apartment.
