Best Western Downtown Phoenix

The one downside for me was the mattress. I prefer a firm bed, and mine was very soft, maybe worn out. BW might be better served by offering rooms to suit different mattress preferences. Apart from that, the room and facility were very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was quiet and pleasant.

Breakfast had more than I expected: eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, juices, and assorted breads and baked goods. The room was clean and had what I needed, and I didn't hear other guests around me. I arrived at 1 PM, and the desk held my bags until the 2 PM check-in without charging extra. They also kindly pointed me to a nearby place for a cold drink. Check-in and checkout were both easy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Jennifer at the front desk was fantastic. She went out of her way to give us helpful information and assistance. The room was clean, the nightly rates were great, and we had no issues during our stay. I'd book here again if I'm back in the area.

The staff made a strong impression: they were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Best Western Downtown Phoenix was conveniently located, and the clean room was mostly quiet and comfortable, so relaxing was easy. A few small things were a little annoying, but they didn't take away from a positive visit. I'd return and recommend it to anyone after a decent, comfortable place that feels like a reliable temporary home.
