The lobby and common areas looked nice and clean, and our room was clean too. It smelled like Pine-Sol when we got in, which I liked. The first breakfast was the one bad part. A man, who I think was homeless, seemed to be nodding off, scratching himself, and handling all the food with dirty hands. I told the staff, but nothing changed and he kept touching things. I threw my food away and left. I hope it isn't like that tomorrow.

I booked this place through Priceline and paid ahead during a long holiday drive from WA to TX. I just wanted a shower and a proper bed for the night. It looked really clean at first, but in the morning the shower had no hot water. The sink was only lukewarm, so I had to wash my hair, bathe, and shave at the sink. When I told the front desk, they asked if I'd tried the sink and whether I let the shower run for a while. I said it had been running the whole time I was washing at the sink. They said they'd tell maintenance, and that was it. I hardly ever leave reviews, and usually they're positive, but I wanted to warn other people.

Prady and Bishal were especially kind and professional, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. The whole front desk team was great. I really appreciated the help.

Jacob took great care of our room and paid close attention to what we needed. It was spotless. The hotel itself is clean and in a good location, and we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. I'd stay here again.
