Everything was very clean, and the location is convenient. Cracker Barrel, Chevron, Circle K, Dunkin Donuts, and Wendy's are all within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend this Extended Stay, and I’d spend my money to live there in the future. Also, some of the negative reviews sound fake. A bunch of bologna.

The staff are really nice and accommodating, and they let us switch rooms at no extra charge when we realized we didn’t like the carpet in ours. No complaints. This place is nicer than all the other nearby hotels.

My wife and I stayed for more than a week, and everything went great. The employees were helpful with everything we needed. We booked seven nights, and the price was a pleasant surprise, well under $100 a night. The deposit was lower than we expected, too. For a longer stay in the area, we’d recommend this hotel. I don’t think another nearby place could match the price or service. Thanks to everyone at Extended Stay America at 5035 E Chandler Blvd Phoenix AZ 85048

After Expedia led my family and me to a motel that wasn’t what we expected on the first night, we found this lovely place the next day. James gave us a great deal and showed us the rooms before we made our final purchase. They were clean and newly renovated, and we stayed a week without any complaints. Thank you, James, for saving our Christmas trip. We’re truly grateful for your wonderful customer service!

The staff were great, and check-in was quick and easy. The property was well maintained, with free parking close to my room, and there are lots of food places and gas stations nearby. Chandler Fashion Center is just a few miles away. The room was much cleaner than I expected from an extended-stay place, based on some past experiences.
