La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix West / Glendale

I’m so grateful they gave me a clean, safe room for five nights at the last minute after a bad experience at another hotel, which wasn’t a La Quinta. The staff were great to work with, and I had everything I needed. I called today about issues that weren’t La Quinta’s fault, and they were incredibly helpful. I’ll be traveling to Arizona more often and plan to stay here from now on. You’ve earned a loyal customer for many, many years. See you soon!

The beds were comfortable and the property was clean, and I had a great stay. The check-in lady was the exception. It smelled like alcohol while she was checking us in, and she seemed under its influence. Afterward, Claudia brought me extra towels, and Renee, one of the cleaning staff, helped me to my room and explained the amenities. I’m not sure I’ve spelled Renee’s name right. Both were wonderful and made me feel well looked after. Please tell them I said hello and thank you. Happy holidays, LaQuinta staff. Hope to see you again in January.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The whole place, from the parking lot to the rooms, was spotless. When I checked in, I wasn’t given an ADA room, but the front desk associate moved me right away after I asked. I wish I could remember their name. The room made it easy to get around in my wheelchair. My one complaint is that there’s no wheelchair access or ramp outside except at the main hotel entrance. I’d still highly recommend staying here.

I’m grateful for the chance to stay with such a great team. Brandy on the night shift went out of her way to help me feel safe, and Tony and Jack were great too. The front desk service was phenomenal. If there were an award for outstanding service, those three would have to share it.
