Oakwood At Adobe Ridge

The location is convenient, with easy freeway access, and the gated community feels secure. I recently moved into Adobe Ridge Apartments and am so glad I chose it. Having a 24-hour pool and fitness center works perfectly with my late schedule. We did have an ant problem when we first moved in, but Jose arranged for pest control right away, and it was gone within a day of their visit. He’s professional, attentive, and has done a lot to help my mom and me feel comfortable in our new home. I highly recommend Adobe Ridge Apartments.

Getting onto the 101 and I-17 almost instantly makes a big difference for my work, since I travel all around the Valley. I’ve also found Adobe Ridge clean, well cared for, and very safe. Jose in the leasing office is friendly, quick to respond, and clearly cares about residents. I’ve had a wonderful time living here and even talked a few friends into moving next door. Highly recommend.

I left after waiting outside the locked leasing office and never getting to tour. I’d scheduled the appointment the day before and confirmed by email when they checked with me about the 1:30 time. I arrived about five minutes early. At 1:30, I emailed to say the office was locked, and they said they’d alert someone who should contact me. No one came. Then I got another email asking if I’d managed to speak with someone and offering to reschedule. That’s unacceptable when I’d booked ahead and confirmed. It was a complete waste of my time.

UPDATE: After a year here, I still don’t want to leave. The place stays clean and welcoming, the maintenance team is quick and on top of things, and I haven’t seen a single pest. Sonia, Jose, and the whole staff made moving in a great experience. Coming from Miami and being used to a house, I was nervous about the change, but Adobe Ridge has made me feel at home. The property is well maintained, pest-free, and maintenance requests get handled quickly and carefully. They really take care of residents. I’m so happy I chose this community and couldn’t be happier here. Highly recommend! 🙌
