Super 8 by Wyndham Phoenix I-17

This is the nastiest, most disgusting, filthy, drug-infested motel I've ever stayed in during my 48 years. I was there for two days because I had nowhere else to go and they'd already taken my money. I booked online, was quoted a price, and paid when I arrived. Then they demanded another $50 deposit on top of the amount we'd agreed to over the phone. They had my card but wouldn't put the $50 on it, so I had to leave and come back with cash. When I checked out, the woman told me it was past 11:20 and I couldn't get my deposit back. I hadn't wanted to pay it in the first place. We argued for 10 minutes, but she wouldn't get the owner or the on-site manager and threatened to call the police because I wanted the $50 returned. If you're in Phoenix and this is the only place available, you'd be better off sleeping behind McDonald's in a dumpster. Worst hotel in the United States, hands down. Zero stars. Have a blessed day.
