I’ve stayed here twice now, and the second visit exceeded my expectations just like the first. This feels like a home, with comfortable rooms and a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The customer service and the way the hotel is represented are beyond five stars. General manager Douglas pays exceptional attention to detail and guest needs. The whole team is great, including Adrian, Zak, and Kelly. Thanks to all of you for our stay. I’ll refer friends and family when they come to town.

For the price, it’s very good. The room was fine, and both Pelotons worked, which you don’t see in goat hotels. I did find belongings from a previous guest in my room. I handed them to the front desk, but that’s not a great sign. As usual, I’ve added some helpful photos of the gym.

We really appreciated being allowed to check out at 1 p.m. instead of noon, since our daughter had a soccer game at 2. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean with everything needed for a short stay. I’d strongly recommend this location. A+ stay!

This hotel is amazing, but I had a frustrating issue with the deposit. They took $100 when I checked in Thursday, then another $300 hold came out Friday morning. The staff quickly released that second hold, but it took a while for the money to come back. Since I was visiting from out of town, that was a real inconvenience for my plans and spending money. Aside from that, the hotel is amazing.

The one-bedroom apartment layout made this feel like a home away from home, and my stay at WaterWalk was much better than I expected. Everything was clean, quiet, and new feeling. I’ll be back! :)
