Sleep was rough because the room had no sound privacy at all. We could hear everything, and doors closing made the whole room shake. The sheets under the bed weren't clean either. We'd already told the front desk about the closet's smashed hole and exposed wood as soon as we saw it, but they said they knew and wouldn't move us. Two of our three room keys didn't work, and they charged us for three people. When we spoke to the manager, he seemed indifferent. He said he'd worked there 26 years and had never heard of exposed wood, and even said we could still use the door despite the danger. He also asked why we hadn't reported it the first night, although we had. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

My family of four fit comfortably in the spacious, very clean room. The lobby service was excellent, and breakfast had a decent selection. I'd highly recommend the place.

A clean, affordable hidden gem. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, and the staff really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

The manager made us pay for two rooms so our seven people could use the pool, and the incidental damage deposits came to $500. More than $300 of that was just so the kids could swim. The pool was closed when it opened at 9am, and we couldn't get in until 11:43am, even though checkout was at 11. Terrible management.

The hotel is out of the way from the city, and the pool wasn't working. Breakfast could be okay or bad depending on who's cooking. The rooms are usually clean, and the beds are comfortable, but customer service is horrible. They don't accommodate you at all. They charge an incidental fee each night, $150 if you're staying in Columbus and $50 if you're from out of town. They wouldn't waive the deposit for a multi-night booking, so I had to check out and check back in for the second night I'd booked. I asked to stay in the same room since it was already available, but they wanted another $30 for early check-in. The only reason I checked out was that the front desk had made me do it after I booked again.
