Berry Springs Lodge

We’ve already been here four times, and after just one visit this lodge starts to feel like home. Every year we book the same Maple room. It’s so cozy, with a fireplace and a lovely sunrise view over the mountains from the little private deck. Breakfast is always delicious, and the kitchen seating area has beautiful mountain views. The staff are friendly year after year, and the place stays clean and welcoming. In cooler weather, there’s a big fire in the fireplace each morning. When it’s warm, we love sitting in the rocking chairs on the back deck, listening to and watching nature. We love staying here and can’t wait to return next year.

The Blackberry Springs Suite was really great, and we’d absolutely stay again. We spent three wonderful nights here in early October 2025, with lovely rooms that were clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The property has beautiful views and a peaceful setting, plus warm hospitality and great breakfasts. It’s near the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg attractions, but not too close to the bustle. I’d highly recommend it.

The main lodge was cozy, with a huge DVD collection and plenty of board games downstairs for rainy days. We only stayed one night and would have extended it if we didn’t need to get home. The location is gorgeous, and our room in the small cabin apart from the main lodge was perfect, clean, and homey. It felt more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. We loved it and will be back, hopefully with more family.

Jessica somehow handled nearly every part of our stay. She checked me in, showed me around and took care of breakfast, housekeeping, the dining area, the front desk, and even my gift shop purchase. She was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful through all of it. Huge thanks to her. The lodge has a warm, welcoming feel rather than formal five-star service, and that suits the place. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with lodge-style furniture and a private balcony hot tub that felt great after long days hiking and walking. The grounds and views are stunning. The website gives you an idea, but sunrise is something else in person, almost unreal. Breakfast was fantastic, and they did their best to accommodate you if that day's menu wasn't to your liking. There was also a help-yourself dessert each evening, like cake or brownies, and it was all tasty. You made our vacation fantastic. I can't thank you enough, and I'll be back.
