The saltwater pool was a nice perk, even though it felt small and got crowded. Being centrally located was convenient too, but the busy surroundings and rundown rooms made this a two-star stay for me. The walls were so thin I could hear everything, including motorcycles revving in the lot at 7 a.m. Loose screws, squeaky beds, and no bathroom fan all made the lack of attention to detail obvious. Management seemed out of control: charging for early check-in and then being overwhelmed by the regular check-in line doesn't make sense. I wouldn't recommend it.

What stood out most was how kindly the front desk handled a problem after our stay. I got home, five hours away, before realizing I'd left my keys and attached wallet in the room. The staff contacted the manager right away, found everything under the bed, and arranged for a friend to collect it. All my cash and cards were still there untouched. I'm very grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and help. My husband and I had also found our two-night stay comfortable, with clean, well-kept rooms and good beds. We'll definitely return to The Ramsey.

Our 50 guests had such a great experience at their first marriage retreat at The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center, and they were impressed by how clean the guest rooms and meeting space were. Karl LaPointe and Mr. Sammy stayed available while we used the convention rooms and went out of their way to make sure everyone had what they needed. The whole staff was helpful, from Mr.Jeff Bradley, Director of Sales, onward. Thank you, we'll be back!

We had a comfortable, clean stay at The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center, and the hot showers felt especially good after a day out exploring Pigeon Forge. Free parking made arrival easy, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of fresh, satisfying choices. We also enjoyed the games, free popcorn, and movies, which gave the hotel a cozy, family-friendly feel. The indoor pool being open around the clock was a big plus, since we could use it whenever it suited us. There were lots of thoughtful extras, and I'd happily stay again and recommend it.

The convention went really well. Our group had plenty of room, and the convention center was arranged just right for us. Karl LaPointe kept the coffee and water stocked, cleared the trash, and set up the AV; he was easy to work with. Jeff Bradley, the director of sales, even came in on his day off to make sure things were running smoothly. We could walk to two good restaurants and a candy and ice cream shop. I'd highly recommend it.
