Twin Mountain Inn & Suites

We spent 2 nights here, and it was extremely spotless and quiet. The only thing you could hear was ducks in the river. The back balcony and fireplace were nice, and the two sinks and plenty of towels were great additions. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. The bear waffles were cute, and the sausage links were yummy. The main drawback was the lack of grass for walking our dog to pee. We would stay again. One other thought, they need more Christmas decor outside like the other places have at this time of year!

Each room had a small terrace, so we could enjoy the amazing scenery. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the gas fireplace made it feel warm and cozy. We stayed two nights and slept really well. Breakfast had plenty of warm options, though the area was a bit small. It was a great place to stay with our dog, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. One entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about a 5mins drive away, and Gatlinburg is about 25mins away.

Watching the duck, geese, and other creatures from our balcony over the creek was a highlight. The location was close to most things but quiet and peaceful. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. Everyone we saw was working hard all day. The breakfast staff were wonderful, and the team was attentive, quick to respond, and extremely kind. Dwayne at the front desk was helpful, polite, and friendly. Peter, one of the maintenance men, and his lovely wife went above and beyond to answer our question. One of the best hotel stays of my life. I'll definitely be back. We spent one night with our 2 pups. The room was spacious and clean, and the soaking tub and fireplace were essential on a snowy night. There's not much room to walk the dogs on the property, but the road has a nice grassy shoulder for walking them.
