Rachel at the desk was a bright spot, always smiling and doing what she could with limited resources. The rest of the desk staff seemed distracted and disconnected. Our room was kept tidy, but we won't be coming back. We booked four nights about seven months ahead with around fifteen others in our riding group. I had reserved a king bed, but at check-in was told only double queens were available. Then we found the TV didn't work and had to switch rooms. The lobby renovation hadn't been mentioned beforehand. Tables, chairs, and couches were covered with sheets and unavailable, and there was nowhere to sit for breakfast. The advertised buffet amounted to packaged donuts and muffins, dry cereal, and weak coffee. On our first morning, when we asked for milk, the desk woman said it had gone sour and she'd thrown it out. My wife and I ate at Burger King most days.

We canceled our reservation two months ahead and were assured there'd be no charge. They charged us anyway, and management won't talk to us or refund the money. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

We had a really peaceful, enjoyable stay. We'd definitely come back.

We were there for my son's wedding last weekend, and the rooms were clean and pleasant, with comfortable beds. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The overnight crew was a big help, and in the early morning the woman at the desk made fresh coffee after I mentioned we were driving back to Florida. They all deserve a raise.
