The noise made it impossible to rest. Doors slam and echo, people including staff talk loudly at all hours, and I could hear the people above me so well that I knew their whole itinerary. Staff kept a close watch on my husband and me in a way that felt very uncomfortable during my last few hours. One approached me as I came back from putting luggage in the car and asked if I was checking out, after seeing me numerous times without saying a word. I also saw them watching me from the third-floor windows. Then she questioned my checkout while nearly coming into my room as I was trying to go back inside. Very strange, and I did not appreciate it. She was lucky I was having a good day and kept my cool, because otherwise I could have reacted badly. That was not okay. Please go to any other hotel. I've stayed in worse places around here, but none with staff like this. The supposedly renovated room wasn't clean either: stained sheets and towels, stained wood flooring, sticky floors, and what looked like a landlord-special makeover, maybe just a light-up bathroom mirror and a new TV. You get what you pay for.

Desiryee was fantastic, friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. The recently renovated rooms were clean and quiet, the beds were so comfortable, and it was a great deal.

The location was the one good thing, serene and cool. Everything else made for a horrible night. My friends and I checked into two rooms, and the sheets smelled like sweat and were covered in stains, as if they hadn't been washed. The toilets were rusty, moldy, and dirty. When we pointed this out, the guy at the front desk changed our room grudgingly and with an attitude. The replacement was worse: dirty floors, roaches, an old, filthy bathroom, and a sewage smell. The microwaves were all old and dirty too, and I doubt they'd ever been cleaned. The sign by the entrance says "newly remodeled," but that's a lie to attract guests, or refers to work done years ago. Never again. This place deserves zero stars.

On my first stay, in October 2024, I was on the first floor and had no issues. The room looked like someone had tried to remodel it and was decent for a visit when I mostly just needed a place to sleep. I returned in October 2025 for a sold-out weekend. Before I arrived, I was asked if I was still coming and charged in full. I'd never experienced that before, even during major events, and debated going. When I arrived, the entrance looked exactly as it had a year earlier, with no further upgrades. The atmosphere was dank, with a faint cleanser smell that seemed to cover something up. In the first room, the TV only got one channel and wasn't connected for any other viewing service. The phone didn't work, so I couldn't report it that way. Then I saw a small roach on a bed's pillowcase. I screamed; the attendant said it was a roach, moved me across the hall, and offered a discount. It ended up being $25, which wasn't acceptable, but okay. On my last night, I came back at 1:45 a.m. after several events and found a larger live roach crawling on the bed in the second room, near the sheets and pillow. I called the front desk. They said someone would come up, but nobody arrived after 20 minutes, so I packed and went downstairs. I couldn't sleep in that bed. The hotel was sold out, and the attendant said the only thing he could do was move me to the one last available room. I asked if that would be a third room with roaches. He giggled, shrugged, and said, "Eww!" He refused compensation because it was close to 2 a.m. and checkout was at 11, saying I'd already stayed my day and sorry. He just shrugged again and said that was all he could do. Disgusted, I checked out and asked for his name and the manager's. He said the manager would be in the office Monday morning, and I told him they'd hear from me. When I called Monday, I was told something personal had come up and the manager wasn't in, and to try Tuesday. I called back Tuesday, but he wasn't there that day either. It seems they know why I'm calling and don't plan to address it. I've had two separate equipment and roach-related problems, neither properly addressed, and I'll never return. I have a video but haven't been able to load it. I'll update the review when I figure it out.

I've stayed in a lot of places while working on the road, and this has been the nastiest by far. They need to fire the maid and renovators. The place basically feels like you change the sheets and get out. Read the captions on the pictures. They were vacuuming the hallways at 9 p.m., which was weird and loud for people trying to sleep early.
