Snow delayed our trip home, and Grace was great about arranging an extra night for us. The hotel was very clean and the staff super friendly. Breakfast and the coffee and drink station were spot on. Thanks!

I've stayed at Marriott hotels for about a quarter of my life, and Ms. Roundtree at the front desk gave me a birthday surprise I've never had before. When I arrived at 2 pm, she went out of her way to find me a room. She later brought a birthday card and soda up to me, then wished me a happy birthday at checkout. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room itself was nice and clean, though a little outdated. On the third floor, there's a constant droning sound, perhaps from the hotel's exhaust fan, so anyone sensitive to that might want to remember to ask for a second-floor room like I will next time. This was my second visit to this Springhill suites.

I've stayed here in both summer and fall, for work and for leisure. The staff are responsive and know their stuff. There's a cute little putting area out front, and the small gym is always clean. A great place to stay.

The room was spacious and amazingly clean when my friends and I arrived to get ready for my birthday party. The staff, room, cleanliness, and location were all a ten out of ten for me. My check-in person was so polite when I arrived around 1:30 yesterday, signed me up as a member, and gave me a free cookie and ice cream for my birthday. I made sure we left the room as clean as we could, so housekeeping only had to do the beds and wipe things down. Thanks again for such an amazing birthday stay. I'll definitely book here again from now on!
